Heather Biggs (Geo-information Specialist)
Heather Biggs holds a B.S. in Environmental Mangament and a M.S. in Environmental Science ( University of Houston - Clear Lake ). She works for Texas Sea Grant and the Texas Cooperative Extension (Recreation, Parks and Tourism Sciences Department - Texas A&M University ) in geo-information technologies and website development. Her experience with Geographical Information Systems (GIS) includes design and implementation of geo-spatial databases and processing models in projects such as wetland loss monitoring, urban sprawl, sea level rise and water quality.
