Galveston Bay Estuary Program Phase II Model Stormwater Plan was designed
to assist local Phase II entities with the development of their own stormwater
management programs.

A site designed to provide storm water management information to public
works professionals and other interested parties in Texas and elsewhere
sponsored by the Statewide Stormwater Quality Task Force.
